Both worlds have a fascination with a boring sport where men stand around scratching themselves in a field while a ball is hurled at a batsman. The boring factor is also taken to new heights: a game of cricket lasts literally for days, often ending in a draw.

Rent here is charged weekly (an extra 4 weeks to pay!). It is collected monthly however, on the day you moved in, rather than the beginning of the month.

Mirror world uses "fortnights" as a measurement of time.
